Participants retain ownership of intellectual property created during the hackathon unless otherwise specified in writing. By participating, entrants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, and publicize submitted projects, presentations, team names, and related materials for event-related purposes.
Participants represent and warrant that all submitted work is original or that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any third-party content, software, data, or materials used. Organizers are not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from participant submissions.
Any environmental, sustainability, carbon reduction, circular economy, ESG, climate impact, or related claims made by participants are solely the responsibility of the participants. Organizers, sponsors, mentors, judges, and partners do not verify, endorse, certify, or guarantee the accuracy, feasibility, legality, scientific validity, or environmental impact of any project or solution presented.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, organizers, sponsors, partners, mentors, judges, volunteers, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in the hackathon, including loss of data, profits, opportunities, reputation, intellectual property, or business interests.
Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of registration information for event administration. Participants also grant permission for photographs, video recordings, livestreams, interviews, and other media captured during the event to be used by organizers and sponsors for promotional, educational, and reporting purposes unless prohibited by applicable law.
Participants must comply with all event rules, codes of conduct, applicable laws, and platform policies. Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the event's objectives.
Participation, mentoring, judging, sponsorship, awards, recognition, or selection as a finalist does not guarantee funding, investment, employment, partnerships, incubation opportunities, regulatory approval, commercial success, or implementation of any project.
Any cash award, grant, or monetary prize provided under this Hackathon is awarded solely for the purpose of supporting the development, validation, commercialization, scaling, operation, or other bona fide activities directly related to the winning startup, venture, solution, or project. Award recipients agree that such funds shall not be used for personal expenses, personal enrichment, personal investments unrelated to the project, gifts, luxury purchases, or any non-business purpose. Organizers reserve the right to request reasonable evidence regarding the utilization of awarded funds and may, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the official rules, require repayment, revoke awards, disqualify recipients from future programs, or take other appropriate action if funds are found to have been obtained or used in material violation of this requirement.
